Out of Office auto replies to directed updates

When a user is out of office they should be able to set an auto reply to directed updates and in the reply be able to tag the user/team that is covering for them.

Out of office should be able to be set in WF like PHQ for proofs

Out of office notifications within the tool would be outstanding.

Adding an "out of office" feature (pop-up, overlay, or email auto-reply) feels ESSENTIAL, especially since we're asking colleagues and partners to use Workfront as the primary form of communication about their requests and projects.

The ability to have the Project Owner get a notification when someone is out of the office for any active tasks due that day would be great too!

It would also be great if this could somehow link up with Outlook and could happen automatically based on the user's Outlook setting.

Yes! It's very frustrating to tell people they need to enter time off multiple places.

This would be great. Surprised the initial request was raised two years ago and it still hasn't been actioned. I can't think of anyone who wouldn't benefit from knowing if someone has received their request or not!

We continue to have issues with out of office on proof approvals. Many on our team are occasional Workfront users. Projects are delayed when these occasional users are approvers and have not delegated their approvals when they're going to be out. It would be great to get a message back when the approval notice goes out so we know the person is unavailable and can take steps to keep the proof and project moving.

Perhaps the out of office could be linked to when people delegate their approvals as they know they'll be out of the office? We always have people complaining that they didn't know someone was on holiday or sick when they tag them in updates, so this would be an amazing new functionality!
