Better notification when someone on PTO

When in the Tasks tab and your assigning a task to someone, if that user has PTO recorded in Workfront during the timeframe of that task, the only thing that displays is a yellow triangle next to the persons name that you have to hover your cursor over to read the message that the user is away during that timeframe. Can there be a pop-up instead as no one will read this message?

It would be great to see "Vacation" or "PTO" inline on the calendar view. Currently, it will show only a gray block without any text next to the resource who is planning to take time.

This would be great. Surprised the initial request was raised two years ago and it still hasn't been actioned. I can't think of anyone who wouldn't benefit from knowing if someone has received their request or not!

We continue to have issues with out of office on proof approvals. Many on our team are occasional Workfront users. Projects are delayed when these occasional users are approvers and have not delegated their approvals when they're going to be out. It would be great to get a message back when the approval notice goes out so we know the person is unavailable and can take steps to keep the proof and project moving.

Perhaps the out of office could be linked to when people delegate their approvals as they know they'll be out of the office? We always have people complaining that they didn't know someone was on holiday or sick when they tag them in updates, so this would be an amazing new functionality!

Potentially looking this to the delegate approvals function would be great, so when someone sets their approvals to be delegated that would trigger the out of office too

Adding too maybe the possibility to have the users show up with a colored icon somewhere that shows Online, Offline, etc. like on Skype/Microsoft Teams/etc. that could turn purple if they had their Out of Office on or give some kind of indication.
