This defect needs to be fixed. The lack of visibility to see who has been tagged on comments is a huge gap and causes a lot of confusion for users.

Oh yes, this would be so helpful! Changing the field type ruins reporting for data you've already gathered for the field. Being able to change the field type, which is rare, would enable continuous reporting for a string of data.

When a team is assigned to a task, a team member can go in to the Ready to Start and select Work on It. We'd like an email notification setting that will alert the Project Owner that the team member is now assigned to the task.

Yes, this would be so helpful! For example, writers continuously get the task, "Write copy", so more information on the incoming notification would be great.
