Option to download multiple documents as single files, not just as one zipped file

When selecting multiple files to download, we have users that would like the option to either download as a zip (the current method) or download as single files. This is a productivity issue in that they would like to have the ability download multiple files at once but DO NOT want them downloaded as a zip.

I should add that they find it time consuming to select and download each document individually.
