More intuitive email alert terminology to replace "Disabled"
Replace the term "disabled" with something more intuitive that lets you know the recipient WILL receive an email, and only when it's their turn to review.
For example, changing "Disabled" to when "User's stage is activated" might make more sense.
We use "Disabled" more than any other email alert option, but must train everyone to understand what this means so they are not afraid to select it.
Most users assume it means that the contact person will not receive any email alerts, including when it is their turn to review, if they select this option.
