Currently Expense items are not searchable in Workfront. This includes data in the Expense fields as well as data in Custom Forms / Custom Fields attached to the Expense Item.
Proposed: Make Expenses Searchable, including expense item information as well as custom forms on Expenses.
We are using Expenses extensively to track project expenses (vendor bills, expense reports, and Client Invoices) that are coming back into Workfront from Netsuite via Fusion. Being able to search vendor informations, costs, PO Numbers, etc, is highly useful and needed.
Ideally this would work in general and advance search.

We can work around it with a report, but it is a different behavior for users that is not ideal and takes extra steps and requires prompted fields for each search item.
