Make Allocations Editable in Workload Balancer from User Profile

I love that the Workload Balancer is now available in user profile, it’s super helpful for visibility. But right now, it’s read-only. It would be a big win if direct managers could actually edit allocations directly from this page. In our case, managers have edit access to the projects/tasks their reportees are assigned.

Here’s why I think this would help:

• Easier to spot imbalances and fix them immediately while reviewing someone’s profile.

• Saves managers a lot of clicks and time.

• Keeps the experience consistent with the full Workload Balancer.
