We would like a way to automatically log or track administrative changes to the tool, such as form changes, report changes, template changes, etc. We need to communicate these types of changes out to our users and have a few different admins who can potentially make these types of changes. It would be great to have a way for these to be automatically tracked so we can review on a weekly/bi-weekly basis and send a note to our users on relevant changes they need to be aware of.
