The subject line and the body copy of the email sent to an approver/reviewer when they are added as an approver could be more clear and valuable.
- Include due date in subject line
- Include due date in body copy NOT the date the approval was requested.
- Pull in/add the description field from the overview area of the document summary.
- Delete ‘file name’, as the file name is listed in the blue bubble.
- ‘Other recipients’ can be renamed recipients and just list them all so it isn’t blank making is appear useless/like an error
