Layout/information included on email prompting document approval



The subject line and the body copy of the email sent to an approver/reviewer when they are added as an approver could be more clear and valuable. 


  1. Include due date in subject line
  2. Include due date in body copy NOT the date the approval was requested. 
  3. Pull in/add the description field from the overview area of the document summary.
  4. Delete ‘file name’, as the file name is listed in the blue bubble. 
  5. ‘Other recipients’ can be renamed recipients and just list them all so it isn’t blank making is appear useless/like an error
