I completely agree with this! 45 votes is way too many to even be reviewed by the product team since companies have different needs and interests. There are lots of good and badly needed ideas with fewer than 45 votes.
Based on my calculation, as of 11/3/2017 there are ~2015 ideas in the exchange. 20 have reached the 45 threshold, less than 1%. I think there is a missed opportunity to understand the needs of the community if these ideas are not reviewed at a lower threshold. They could be helping to shape and drive the roadmap.
I think that the product team should at LEAST be giving feedback on the ideas, even if they aren't added into workfront's features. Things like "already do-able", "planned for future release", "won't be done" sort of flags could help measure workfront's engagement beyond the 20 posts that have gotten 45 votes.
Yep agreed, this whole thing seems a bit pointless when you look at the actions made so far. This should drastically help.
Maybe also everyone should get a super vote that has an even lower count but you only get 1 a year for example so that you can ensure the one thing you really do want gets put forward?
