Inherit Queue Setup settings from the Setup area

At the moment, if I want to change a setting in Queue Setup for a large number of projects - for example, to show the "Primary Contact" field by default, I need to do this manually (unless you're exceptionally brave with Kick-Starts)

For the vast majority of our projects (which we create from templates), we do not need to have separate Queue Setup settings project-by-project.

Even though we define the Queue Setup in the template, future changes to those settings in the same template do not flow down into already-created projects.

Therefore, I wondered if it was possible to state that a new project should inherit Queue Setup settings from the Setup area. This means that - in the example of adding "Primary Contact" - these changes could be made once and then flow down to already-created projects. Of course, there would still be the option for projects to break the link from Setup - and to have per-project Queue Setup settings. Change made in Setup would obviously not affect those projects.
