Improve Averages, Medians on Reports

When you use an "Aggregate" function in a Report column to generate an Average, you can see it in the Detail view, but not apply it on Groupings or Charts or see it on the Summary tab. Silly, The calc has been made, I want to be able to use it.

Also, MEDIAN should be a function, not just AVG
