Hide formula/calculations on description hover over

When adding a calculation/formula to a custom field the "?" hover over shows the formula. I do not need my users to see this data. Would like to see this removed (or a function to remove it) from the view when hovering over the ? on a custom field.

This is a huge problem for financial calculations like profit margin percentage. Users should not be privvy to this kind of behind the scenes information.
