I would like to see an ability to export workflow templates out of ProofHQ. Because of security settings, my customer service team does not have access to view workflows in our system so I would like to export them out to save on our internal servers for customer service to review.
It would be nice to take this one step further and allow for importing of these templates (in cases where you have multiple spoke sites) or a way to duplicate an existing template for easier creation.
What I do is convert to a pdf then upload to proof HQ it works like a charm. It would be great though if this was an export function already in Proof HQ
