@Kurt_Jones thank you for that. Yes it is the form editor that needs updating along with adding more capabilities. Specifically, Smartsheets MSforms are kicking WF **bleep** because they have the ability to add color and graphics.  We need more fonts, colors and graphic ability.

When someone goes on vacation. The work it takes to add coverage assignment then remove them when the person comes back is wackyville. PLEASE HELP US....PLEASE MAKE THIS FUNCTIONALITY HAPPEN. We will be forever thankful.

What I do is convert to a pdf then upload to proof HQ it works like a charm. It would be great though if this was an export function already in Proof HQ

It would be great to be able to export workflows into a workflow program like visio. We can make edits to look like a traditional process map.

We would like to be able to allow all workers to see the People tab in our company. This way they will be able to use WF as a resource to know who to talk to in our entire org.

Tanja or Sara, Is this not the case with Fusion software? We are about to invest but, I want to make sure that there is a two way relationship. WF to JIRA to WF.

It would be great to get rid of subject field or make it optional. We now have to do a copy/paste function because our organization uses initiative name vs subject. Even if the user can rename the subject field to be something else would be helpful.

Currently you can use up to 500 fields for a form. That is not sufficient for complex forms.

We are using the API to link to our DAM. Workfront doesn't provide the ability to show thumbnails so you don't know what the images are.
