Allow the Proof Owner to move the proof to any stage in the workflow. In complex workflows, this would allow steps to be skipped for a revision or the ability to "pull back" a proof to an earlier stage.

In the standalone Workfront Proof, we need to be able to pull a report on all late proofs, their current stage, user(s) assigned and date info. This information can be gathered by going into every proof but it is a lot of extra clicks and becomes cumbersome if there are a lot of proofs to review.
