Expanded Breadcrumb View - sticky user views

A nice feature would be to allow for users to expand a breadcrumb trail and keep it expanded when navigating around... keep it sticky!

This would mean users would not have to keep pressing the more option to view to see the same thing!

If you have overly verbose and wordy names for projects and programs and portfolios perhaps some sort of abbreviated system would work better?  I can't help but notice duplicate data even in your screenshot, this seems to be occupying space that you would like to otherwise use.
