Enable sharing of request drafts

Description: Enable sharing of request drafts, which is currently not possible in Workfront.

Importance: Requestors save drafts to gather missing information or discuss with managers. Sharing drafts allows for manager input before submission.

Benefits:
• Manager review and feedback.
• Team collaboration.
• Departments add missing details.
• Comprehensive review by all parties.
• Stakeholder feedback.

Desired Functionality: Add a "Share draft" icon to share drafts with internal team members.
Current Behavior: Workfront allows sharing request queue links for direct submissions, but drafts remain private until submitted.

Sharing the drafts will really help the submitters to double check before submitting the request.

I agree. The use case our company has is for Requestor 1 to create a request with 2 deliverables, fill in details for deliverable 1 and then share/have Requestor 2 fill in the details for deliverable 2 before submitting as one request.

Agreed! This functionality would be extremely helpful. We’ve had multiple requests for this at our company. Many of our Intake Requests require input from both business and IT teams across different organizations, and the ability to share drafts, whether directly in Workfront or via export, would make collaboration much easier. It ensures all groups can contribute the necessary data before submission.
