Enable reporting on all assignees & not just the 'primary" assignee

We are trying to pull all open tasks to an assignee and group by project. We have found the system will 'only' pull a users' task is they are the primary assignee, so we are unable to pull a report/chart that shows all open tasks.

We'd like to be able to pull tasks even if a user is not the primary task assignee.

ex: I have a task with 3 assignees - Person1, Person2 and Person3. Open the task & go to Edit Task & scroll to the Assignment area. You will see that only one person is the Task Owner - let's say it's Person2. So now if I run an open task report by Assignee - this task will only show for Person2 - it will not show for Person1 or Person3.

This problem happens on any report that you create. You cannot get a full list of an individual's work if they are not the primary work assignee.

Has anyone found a way around this issue? Our goal is to have a chart/graph that will reflect all of a user's assignments, not just where they are the primary assignee.

I am having the same issue. I need to be able to pull all requests and tasks for a user so they can see all work assigned to them (whether they're the primary assignee or not).

I am having the same issue. I'm trying to create a task report showing all of a person's assignments, but only the assignments where they are the OWNER are appearing. I need this to be a task report so that I can add an editable field allowing the project manager to comment on the priority of all those tasks for the day. According to Workfront this is impossible since a task report will only show tasks if a person is the task owner, not if they are person2 or person3 on a task.

Instead of filtering on "Assigned Name" you need "Assignment Users Name"
