Enable Ability to Link Job Roles to Home Group

In our organization we have multiple disconnected groups using Workfront. Those groups need different roles. However, this means we have an incredible number of roles available to use. I would like to assign a prefix to the roles needed in certain groups, then enable a filter or suchlike so certain groups can only see the roles with those prefixes. This would tidy things up for reporting for us.
