Would like to be able to duplicate an expense entry

Description -

Would like the ability to duplicate an expense entry (much like we have the duplicate function for tasks)

Current Behaviour 

We have expenses that are exactly the same within projects but must be split into separate expense entries for each location.  Some such expenses may have 10 locations.  Right now we enter 10 different expenses.
