DAM: Ability to make certain fields display conditionally in WF DAM proper

Ability to make fields display conditionally for Contributor license holders if they populate certain other fields with specific values. e.g. if we have a custom 'asset type' field with the value 'photography' selected by the Contributor, then show the custom field 'Subject relationship', and also have the ability to set this as mandatory.
