When I log a request or add an issue, the custom form may include some guidance text to help people with the form.
However, when I view the form afterwards, I don't necessarily need or want to see this guidance again. I just want to see the main fields.
Therefore: proposal to let me choose to 'hide' certain fields when viewing the actual submitted form, versus what I see when I'm actually creating the item for the first time.
