Is it possible to add an extra field to a billing record, for example a "Comments"-field? We would like to have this field to enter additional information besides the "Description".

Yes, we need this field too. The use case is for the creator of a billing record to have a way to make a note for our finance partner about the billing record and for us to be able to pull that field into a report. Today, we cannot add a custom field onto the billing record or pull a notes field onto a billing record report.
