[CLOSED] - Set default filter, view, and grouping by project

At a project level, as the project owner, I would like to set the default view, filter, and grouping for tasks and issues.

This looks the same as the item logged called 'DEFAULT VIEWS/FILTERS' so people liking here should like that one
