We should be able to brand outbound emails. Right now workfront puts their logo on outbound emails and we have to explain this away for all of our clients, we believe we should be able to brand emails just like we can brand the workfront web page with our logo.

I agree. We are just about to start involving a couple of clients directly into Workfront as external users, and the email invite will just create confusion and inefficiencies with on-boarding, even if a message is written with the invite.

There also needs to be options to have an internal invite and an external invite, as increased information and branding is needed on the external ones, and not the internal ones.

There also should be an option to have it say "[who ever you want] would like to start working with you in Workfront", rather than the name of the system Admin that sets up the person. Ideally in our case, it would be branded to come from the Account Manager looking after that client and not myself, as the client does not know who I am and will most likely just ignore the email.
