Cabability of using both FTE and Schedule setting

Currently we have 2 options to set the system to either using the user's FTE or their Schedule.

We would use both in our organization.

FTE for their availablility hours dependent on their roles
Schedule for the Exception days for independent province holidays

Having to choose one or the other wouldn't provide us with accurate Resource availability hours.
