Just came across some report inconsistencies when using Task->Assigned to ID filtering. Not all the tasks were included in the report.
After contacting support I then found out that using this filter it will only bring those tasks when the name you're using in the filtering condition is the OWNER of the task.
On that note, I suggest renaming that field from "Assigned to ID" to "Owner ID".
