We are looking for customization in sorting/viewing our updates. Specifically, Project > Updates can be hard to navigate through/follow and with multiple email notifications coming through on the same project it is hard to click to the actual thread and sometimes results in scrolling/starting a new thread and missing key details relative to the project. This is especially helpful with multiple teams working on a project at the same time.
Looking for a 'sort by' option to be made available on the updates page to custom sort the threads whether by when the thread was started, or to have the most recent update to a thread pull that thread to the top of the page.
Workfront has confirmed: When someone comments on an old thread in the updates section of any project, their comment stays at the bottom or their original place, and users need to scroll down to view the comment on the thread. This is working as intended.
