Currently in the Workload Balancer, when a user is deactivated, the work is not visible in either swimlane on the Workload Balancer.
The current workaround is creating a custom filter to filter the deactivated users in Workload Balancer. When this filter is applied, the assigned work swimlane does not provide information/indication the user is a deactivated user which will cause confusion to the Project Manager when managing resource adjustments
This means the project manager is unable to gain oversight and make resource adjustments on their projects.
It would be great if:
- Project Manager can easily identify the deactivated users in the Assigned Work section.
- Does not require users to create a filter to filter deactivated users.
