Add Idea Exchange current post's link to post page and breadcrumb

I've there's very little navigation available when viewing an Idea Exchange's post. It would be nice to see the post name up in the breadcrumb (below the workfront banner) and a hyperlink to the post on the same page.

Copying the current url when viewing a post may not be suitable as it could have been a link to a specific comment and not the base post.

I did notice a permalink option is available on comments, but not the post.
