Ability to Enter a URL as a Document

Frequently on a project, a key artifact for the team to review or to capture for historical or audit purposes could be a web page (internal or external). Examples of this could be capturing a link to a product feature or support page, Gartner research, or document management systems that can link to document via a URL (exposing our DMS via API to a cloud service would be prohibited by our clients). Documents should be the repository for any key artifacts of a project and URLs are frequently artifacts.

    Our team utilized this feature weekly to share work that was in progress during our demos. Adding this feature back in would be an ideal state for our team.

    We use Google Drive and would like to add a URL as a Document so we don't change the ownership of the shared document that we need to reference. I was going to add this to the Idea Exchange, but found this really old post. Hoping this will get a fresh look!
