I saw this capability in Wrike that you can create a check lists and teams can check the task when it is complete. It is an extremely helpful feature specially when a list of tasks should be done by different teams.

Give me checklists as well as in-WF spreadsheet-like functionality (i.e. matrix- or cell-based data sets) and that would solve a fair number of problems for us.
