As a planner, I want to be able to easily breakdown existing tasks, with planned dates and hours, into subtasks so that I can maintain parent task date constraints and divide out hours across subtasks.
I'm thinking something similar to how tasks breakdown in the Agile tool but instead in the task view on a project.
