4000 Character Limit in Updates

We'd like to be able to put longer than 9000 character messages into updates.

We really only need to do this sometimes when we're copying external emails into workfront.

This was changed in the latest update from 9,000 to 4,000 which stinks 😞 we now have to do even more work to copy paste emails into workfront.

We use the outlook plugin to get email information into the Updates. Have not noticed what happens when we hit the character limit.
