Hello,
In the screen shot below I am parsing json to separate values from a typehead field. When trying to put the @ symbol in front of the username it does not tag the user in Workfront updates section but simply an @ symbol which does not tag the user in the regular highlighted blue format. Is there a way to @ the user correctly in the updates section because the result is not rendering and tagging the person in my update. Please refer to second screen shot of how it is appearing. I appreciate all the help in advance

Hi @BruceMe7 ,
On the first screenshot you have the Notify field where you can define who you want to notify about the message, so you do not necessarily need to tag the people directly in the note text, you can mark them there an they would get and email about the update.
Does this also work in your case?
Best regards,
Ivan

Hello Ivan,
We have noticed that the users are still being mentioned. We still wanted to see if this was possible to make the update look a little more clear. Thanks for your help also!
