Inconsistent timing for 'Run scenario at regular intervals'

I've got a scenario which is supposed to run every 5 minutes (Watch Events), but I see in the history that it runs at almost random times, sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes 10 or 20, or it can be hours between runs. What could be causing this?

For me, the delay is usually between 5 to 20 minutes. If the delay extends to hours, please submit a support ticket.

Thanks for the reply. Any idea why it would not run exactly as often as specified? It's not very handy if a response is expected within 5 minutes and it comes only after 20 minutes.

Should I not receive a notification from Fusion that a scenario is not running/has failed?
