For a current project, we are capturing Helpdesk workload. I've created a report/dashboard (see image) to provide an overview of all incoming requests where some fields e.g., status, assignments allow for in-line editing. Yet, I would like to restrict/disable that users are allowed to change the status of an issue to "Closed" in cases where some other issue info fields are missing. To be specific: The attached custom form and the hours logged are required to be provided/filled by the user before they can label an issue as "Complete".
Is there any way to accomplish this?
