Quick Win for Dropdowns

While it is in my clipboard...

If you have a Custom Parameter dropdown with a lot of Values in it, I invite you to add some numerically prefixed section breaks and train your users to type the number of the section of interest for quicker navigation (e.g. typing 9 will "jump" to Reg Approval Stars, after which they can then scroll further down to the item of interest.
