Hi,
We are nearing our storage limit in Workfront and I've been spending time clearing out documents and various other bits to reduce the risk of actually hitting the limit and then being unable to upload new docs. Ideally we don't want to get to the point of needing to pay for additional storage. We use AEM Assets linked to Workfront so this should be used for storing nearly everything (except for Proofs which we do through Workfront), but users haven't been great at this in the past so we are working through moving files saved in Workfront to AEM to help free up some space.
I wondered if anyone with experience in this area might have any tips that could help? Below are some questions I've had, if anyone can help clarify these?
If there are any other tips that anyone might have for immediate solutions to clearing up some storage availability in Workfront too, they would be appreciated!
Thank you
Lana

I think if I had to put myself through this, I would probably run a report and try and figure out which files were the largest and basically be moving them off in order of largest to smallest.
The other thing I would do is probably submit a case asking Workfront Support if there's anything they can do to empty out the recycle bin manually. Obviously you can't call them every day, but if you hit a point where you have several terabytes in the recycle bin, and they were able to help you out, this could buy you a bit of breathing room. They do have to work with a different team in order to accommodate this ask, so it might take a few days to organize.

Thanks @skyehansen. I have ran a report, but (unless I can amend this somehow) it shows me all documents, even those that are within a folder linked to AEM Assets. I'm working through these but it's quite timely given the number of files that are already in AEM.
I'll contact Support though as well to see if they can help by removing things - as you say it would help with some breathing space!
Thank you
