Issues Accessing Request forms after moving to Federated ID

First, I'm not the Workfront Admin for my company, but I am the only one using Workfront's Request form for our company's global sales team, so it seems this is my issue to solve. We recently were forced by Adobe to upgrade to the Admin Console & a Federated ID using our company SSO. Prior to this I could send a link to my request form out to any person in the company and they could submit a project. 

 

Now when they try, they all get the following:

I've found a way to get around the error (well so far it only works for a few people) but it's not easy. This request tool is being sent to roughly 700 people across the globe and I can't have a complicated work around just to allow them access to what's already a border line complicated request form. Is there an easy fix for this?
