What an incredible time hosting our first-ever Mega WUG Event: The Skill Exchange After Party! The discussion was electric, with panelists and moderators from WUG chapters across the country sharing their insights on the latest Skill Exchange session features and announcements. We had 4 panelists and 100+ registrants for the event.

Thanks for sharing the recap, Becky. Looks like it was a fantastic session! I’m especially interested in the Workfront AI features you mentioned. In your discussion, did the panelists share any real examples of how teams are already using AI inside Workfront to speed up approvals or content production? I’d love to hear how others are putting it into practice.

Hi Kautuk! Thank you so much. During this event, we discussed whether we think the AI new features are worth the effort, as well as using the new unified approvals process. The new unified approvals is great in how it makes it so easy to tag approvers / reviewers. In my opinion it takes the best of both document and proof approval features and is all in one. There are more exciting enhancements coming for creative reviews though and AI, like with frame.io. The AI features are new for many. I recommend watching these two sessions from The Skill Exchange on those two topics:

1) Maximize Efficiency with AI - Mastering Workfront's AI Tools - Scott discusses how he uses the new Workfront AI features in his org

2) Getting Started with Review and Approvals - Myka discusses how her org speeds up the approvals and reviews process using Workfront

There will be more with AI in approvals in the future though, combining both topics. I am especially excited for AI Reviewer, which entails an AI brand reviewer in Workfront. Feel free to reach out with more questions or thoughts.
