We're currently experiencing an issue where some users (not all) are intermittently seeing a blank page when accessing Workfront. This behavior is inconsistent and seems to occur randomly.
While investigating, we noticed that affected users are receiving a 403 Forbidden error when the browser attempts to load the following script:

We have a few questions:

I'm wondering if you have tried deleting cache and cookies or switching over to a different browser if that's possible, like edge, firefox or safari if you're using chrome.

We have this issue for several users. We also tried to delete cache and cookies but it doesn't fix the issue for the affected users.
