How to pull proof approval stage dates into a report

I am having difficulty pulling proof approval stage dates into a report. I am wanting to display in a report for each approver their individual stage due dates. I can only find references for pulling the last approval deadline, but not each stage deadline. Has anyone found a way to get the individual stage due dates into a report?

    Hello David

    We have 100's of proofs going through each month - can you tell me if you have been able to report on the dates involved with each approver? 

    Ours uses a 4 person consecutive approval and I'd like to report on how long it sat with 'approver 2' for instance - but can't seem to find these dates anywhere ?

    Any help much appreciated!
