Hi Ai Nguyen,

I’m the Video Production Manager at a small finance company in Phoenix, AZ. We specialize in marketing financial advisors through our flagship product, the ePIC Advisor Partner Marketing Kit https://www.epicservicescompany.com/epic-advisor-partner-marketing-kit . This solution helps advisors project a more substantial presence by equipping them with a suite of customized resources, including branded websites, videos, documentation, and pitch decks, all featuring their logos and contact details.

The creation process involves producing numerous graphics and assets for each advisor, which I currently build manually. At the moment, I have six marketing kits in the pipeline. While I’ve optimized the workflow with tools like Firefly and generative AI, which I use daily, I still wonder if there’s a more automated way to streamline tasks—like swapping out photos, logos, and contact information in templates—to save time and further improve efficiency.

Do you know of any existing tools or upcoming technologies that could help automate this process even more?
