We're in the design phase of a large project to replace our existing classic static technical documents with DITA-based content. This will allow us to customise the content on the fly to meet a users environment, as well as bringing advantages to content creation via managed reuse of topics. One of the advantages is being able to assemble one-off documents that contain topics (chunks) from different stored objects. The problem is what to tag in a case like this and how to report on it.I'm trying t...

Hi,I'd like to be able to use "Exited Site" as an event in Flows, pathing or Fallout. I can workaround it, but, for example, it would be nice to be able to drop "Exited Site" as the 2nd step of a Fallout report and work backwards. Is there a way to capture and use "Exited Site" as an event? Thanksnick

Hi,We have several dozen suites for different sites and businesses, which all eventually wrap up into a single suite. In Ad Hoc, I see all segements from all owners for all suites no matter which suite I'm in. The same goes for Dimensions and Metrics (dimensions and metrics that aren't even captured in the current suite are available). Is there a way to filter or configure the Windows to show only those segments, metrics and dimensions applicable to the current suite? Or to limit segments to just ...

In Dimensions and other dialogue boxes I can only see "Page 1/1, 1-50 of 50", despite there being far more than 50 items. Something seems to have changed a month or so ago.Is this a known bug, or is there a config setting I'm not aware of?Thanksnick

Hi Martijn,Thanks for the help. I had problems in the past with huge reports in Report Builder, but I can try again. I've tried pulling the data via Data Warehouse but have yet to receive a report. I suspect there's a problem somewhere, and I need to try to find our admins and get it sorted out.nick

I have many reports >50k rows. When I schedule reports, only page 1 (1st 50k rows) is included. How can I get all pages included in the report?I've figured out a workaround, but it's cumbersome and I'd prefer a real solution.nick

I'm trying to understand the "logic" of how reports are created in order to understand why we having incomplete reports.I need to run large reports (50k rows by 100 columns), where the actual data set is far bigger than 50k x 100.Let's say I want doc ids (50k rows) by page views of 100 countries.Imagine column 1 is doc ids, colum 2 is US page views, column 3 is UK page views etc.If I then run the same report ONLY for the UK, I discover high-hitting UK docs that are not in the big report. Given t...

Apple products are one of our fastest growing segments, particulary in APJ, and a knowledge of OS penetration is very important to tailoring our support offering.
