Do you have the mbox.js reference on the page? It is saying the mboxCreate function doesn't exist, which lives in the mbox.js file. This file should be located in the head of the document. Was this removed by chance?

Old default in classic was 14 days, but I believe you can have it updated to 30 or 60 days. You may have to reach out to ClientCare or your consultant to get it updated. The settings for this is in their admin tools.
