This has always been the case. The data doesn't make sense and it doesn't work on most pages, in addition I have to change my browser to get it to work. Why should I have to pay for Crazy Egg for something my Adobe $$$ should be paying for?

As a basic measure it would be very useful to be able to set the product key/name, as in s.products=";iPod";

SiteCatalyst is extremely buggy when using Chrome yet Chrome has nearly 30% market share. I don't want to be using 2 web browsers all the time so please fix this. Try making a data warehouse>create a segment>advanced delivery options using Chrome - it's a joke.
