Failed to load an application resource (internal error) - error message when previewing pdf in program - Adobe LiveCycle 08-01-2015
Hi,I keep getting this error message when trying to Preview PDF in program "Failed to load an application resource (internal error)". I haven't changed anything in LiveCycle, so not sure why this is happening. Have had this issue for the past few months. I've been working around it, but it's kind of a pain. Would prefer to view forms in program. Suggestions to fix this? Thank you!Stacy

Error message "failed to load an application resource (internal error)" when checking form in LiveCycle preview PDF - Adobe LiveCycle 24-10-2014
After creating a form, when I click on Preview PDF, I am now getting an error message "Failed to load an application resource (internal error)". Not sure why this has started recently, but it makes it impossible to check my forms for clients before I send them. I can open them outside of the program in Adobe Reader, but it is faster to check the form within LiveCycle and change them if necessary. Please help!

Renaming fields with F2, hit something and now all captions have disappeared. Help! - Adobe LiveCycle 30-10-2012
I was renaming fields in a table using the F2 key. Must have hit something wrong as most, if not all, fields now say "no caption" under heirarchy listing, even on Live Cycle documents not open at the time. What the heck? Client is counting on me to get a form to them today and now I have no backups that will work. Tried older copies and they all say 'no caption' too. Help!!!

Re: Calculation with text field/numeric field not working when I add $ - Adobe LiveCycle 10-06-2012
https://acrobat.com/#d=9MCxHAt23C5DW2LM*cDGxwThis is the link I got when I published it on Acrobat. Hopefully this one works for you. I added an invisible column next to Unit Price where the client can add the $ if they want. If you have a better solution, I'll take it. Thanks!

Re: Calculation with text field/numeric field not working when I add $ - Adobe LiveCycle 10-06-2012
I'm still new at this program, but I know the error message showed up only for the UnitPrice column (The yellow triangle is on each corner of each Unit Price numeric field) and only after I put in the code. I haven't changed any other settings for the form. I'm getting this message in LiveCycle. Here's the form if you have some suggestions:https://acrobat.com/#d=G9dyi8Pnao0dblbOYdd5EgAnd am I correct to assume that I can't get the zeros after the decimal to stay unless the field is a text field? ...

Re: Calculation with text field/numeric field not working when I add $ - Adobe LiveCycle 09-06-2012
Now I keep getting an error message that the Target version does not support the validation state. Think I'm going with a low tech solution of adding a separate column next to Unit price where the client can add a $ when they need to, or leave it empty when they don't. Can't get rid of the error message, even when I took the script out.

Calculation with text field/numeric field not working when I add $ - Adobe LiveCycle 08-06-2012
Hi, Client needs the flexibility to add a dollar sign or take it off when filling out a purchase order (they have clients who use Euros, not dollars, and it confuses them). And they want the numbers after the decimal to stay if they are zeros. (Example: 10.00) So I thought I could change the field to a text field. Solved part of the problem. Now the client can type in 10.00 and the zeros stay after the decimal. But if I try to type $10.00, the formula doesn't work and the amount doesn't total. I...

Re: Saving Fillable Form as non-fillable PDF - Adobe LiveCycle 28-12-2011
Figured it out. I didn't have the properties set correctly! Thanks again for your help. Looks like we're in business now!

Re: Saving Fillable Form as non-fillable PDF - Adobe LiveCycle 28-12-2011
Tested the form, and actually made the locking only refer to the Table2 where the quote information would be when I did the Action Builder. The table locks (fields turn white so I can't add info) once I click the button. I "saved as" and then tried to open it first in Adobe Acrobat (like a client would) and Adobe Reader and both times the table is editable. What am I doing wrong? Thanks, again!!
