Hi, Michele. The AT "clicked on an element" reporting never returned to anything approaching the numbers that we saw before the issue. Our company implemented Adobe Analytics, so I moved to reporting all conversions from there.I'll track AT element clicks and compare them to AA reporting on our next test and report back. Thanks,Keith

So, does that point to another issue? Should our banner clicks be reporting? Thanks,Keith

I'll ask for the ticket.I was told to watch https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/target/using/release-notes/target-release-notes.html Is this the first time that this issue has been reported on the forum? Thanks,Keith

We upgraded to at.js 2.0.1 on May 15th. Since then, Adobe Target has stopped reporting "clicked an element" conversion events. I've reached out to Adobe Target support and have been told that this is a known issue and is scheduled to be fixed the week of June 3rd.My question is, are others experiencing the same issue with at.js 2.0.1? If you are, are you just waiting for the fix or have you found a way to capture and report clicks using A4T?Thanks,Keith

I'm trying to run a Adobe Target redirect on a Marketo form page. 50% of the traffic is redirected to another URL.However, when I implement this test on the page, the "Submit" button stops working. The page that I am trying to run the A/B test on is UPS Free Virtual Consultation . This form works as expected. Here is a QA link for the test running on the page. The "Submit" button does not submit the Marketo form here.UPS Free Virtual Consultation Has anyone else run into similar trouble with Adob...

Hello, I am new to running MVT tests in Adobe Target. Today I set up a proof-of-concept in which 3 page elements each had 9 content variations. This results in 729 possible combinations. When I tried to save the draft I received an error stating:The number of combinations has crossed the permissible limit of 300. Please reduce the number of locations or offers to bring it back to acceptable level Is this a standard Adobe Target limit for MVT or are there account settings that I need to update?I c...

We do not have any A4T activities. What combination of APIs would we need to use to export all of my live Target activities? Can you point me to documentation? Thanks,Keith

If that doesn't work, I was pointed to an extension called Requestly (https://www.requestly.in/home/)With this extension, you can remove x-frame options that could be causing an issue with the page.Once you've installed it, set up a rule named "Remove X-Frame_Options" and give it the settings in the image below. Once you do, you should be able to turn off the EEC and edit the page.

I'm stumped by what feels like a fairly simple task. I'm trying to add a new meta tag to the head section of of a page.I've gone into code > custom code and added:"Add to the section" is selected. When I save the activity and preview the QA link, the meta tag does not present the expected results on an iPhone and I do not see the meta tag in the HTML. Is there a way to add a new meta tag to page via Adobe Target? Thanks,Keith

I'm still fairly new to Adobe Target, so this may be a simple question.I've set up an A/B test that compares 4 versions of a button. My Primary Goal metric is a product sign up (completion event). The pages being tested have two ways to reach this sign up (completion event). I'm only testing a change to one of the ways. Because of this, I have additional metrics that measure which button is clicked. The sign up metric and the button click metrics work as expected. My though was that I could use cus...

Hello. As far as I can tell, the Adobe Target interface is not available on iOS devices. I've tried both Safari and Chrome, but I receive a message that my browser is not supported. At the very minimum, I'd like access to start/stop buttons. I'm not always at a computer, but I always need a kill switch. Is there a method that I'm missing? If not, is Adobe working on adding this functionality? Thanks,Keith

Hello, I'm new to Adobe Target, so this may be a basic question. If I have multiple activities set up to deliver content on the same page to the same audience, can I control when a user sees one activity as opposed to another? For example, say I have activity 1 and activity 2 with overlapping audiences that deliver content to the same page. Can I set a rule that says that if a user has never visited the page before he will see activity 1? After the visitor sees activity 1 three times, then he will...
